At minerow, we understand the importance of privacy and above all, data protection.

Information Provided Voluntarily
If you are a minerow customer, we collect the information you provide us with voluntarily, throughout the account creation process, as well as form the project requests you are publishing on our platform.
If you are a subscriber to our mailing list, we collect the information you provide us with voluntarily, through one of our landing pages or pop-up forms, as well as any updates you may make when you manage your subscription settings.
The information that is collected:

Information Collected Automatically
When you use minerow, our servers automatically record information, including data sent by your web browser whenver you visit our Website. This logged information might include your IP address, device type, mobile carrier, Internet Service Provider, or your location.
We use the minimum of cookies necessary in order to maintain the login session active on the machine that are using to connect to our online minerow dashboard.
Updating or Removing Your Information
At any time, you may request your personally identifiable information be updated or removed from our records. Once we've received your request, all of your personal information will be updated or removed as soon as possible.
On your request, we can provide you with a copy of your personally identifiable information present on our records.
“Personal Information” is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
You may choose to provide Personal Information to Minerow in order to create an account, order hashpower, or otherwise interact with the Services. The Personal Information you will be asked to provide depends on your interaction with the Services, as explained below.
2. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect personal identification information from Customers in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Customers visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Customers may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, credit card information. We will collect personal identification information from Customers only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Customers can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Customers whenever they interact with our Site. 5.1 TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
5.2 TO PERSONALIZE USER EXPERIENCE
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Customers as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
5.3 TO IMPROVE OUR SITE
We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
5.4 TO PROCESS PAYMENTS
We may use the information Customers provide about themselves when placing an order, only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
5.5 TO SEND PERIODIC EMAILS
We may use the email address to send Users information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If the User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or the User may contact us via our Site.
